Enrollment Procedures

For Toddler/Nursery/Kindergarten and Grade 1 – 6

1. For New Students and Transferees
  1. Applicants for admission must take and pass the qualifying entrance test.
  2. Submit all requirements and secure Enrolment Permit from the Guidance Office.
  3. Present Enrolment Permit at the Office of the Registrar/assigned staff to get registration forms to be filled up.
  4. Submit accomplished registration form for assessment of fees.
  5. Submit assessed form at the Finance Office for payment.
  6. Report to the clinic for medical history and check-up.
  7. Books for hire/sale are obtained at the library.
2. For Old Students
  1. Submit F138 to Office of the Registrar/assigned staff and secure registration forms to be filled up.
  2. Submit registration form for assessment of fees.
  3. Submit assessed form at the finance office for payment.
  4. Books for hire/sale are obtained at the library.
 

Old students who are “balik-aral”/retained, with subject deficiencies or with disciplinary concerns should report to the Office of the Registrar/Guidance Office for evaluation. They should secure the enrolment permit before proceeding to enroll.

For Junior High School
1. For New Students and Transferees

  2. Present Enrolment Permit at the Office of the Registrar/assigned staff to get registration forms to be filled up.
  3. Submit accomplished registration form for assessment of fees.

2. For Old Students

  4. Submit assessed form at the Finance Office for payment.
  5. Report to the clinic for medical history and check-up.
  6. Proceed to the assigned room for I.D. Picture.
  7. Books for sale are obtained at the library and notebooks at the bookstore.
2. For Old Students
  1. Submit F138 to Office of the Registrar/assigned staff and secure registration forms to be filled up.
  2. Submit registration form for assessment of fees.   
  3. Submit assessed form at the finance office for payment.
  4. Proceed to the assigned room for I.D. Picture
  5. Get books from the library, notebooks from the bookstore.

Online Enrollment Procedures

A. For New Students
  1. Go to Binangonan Catholic College Online Enrollment FB page.
  2. Submit all requirements electronically through the page for evaluation and wait for confirmation of receipt. A waiver will be signed in case documents are not yet available for submission.
    REQUIREMENTS: F138, NSO/PSA Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate, Certificate of Good Moral Character
  3. When confirmed, go to MapSA On-Line Admission Platform and fill up admission form and submit. Wait for confirmation.
  4. BCC Online Enrolment will then send schedule of fees. Choose and send to BCC for assessment.
  5. After assessment, BCC Online Enrolment will issue the Student No. You can now pay through RCBC, the school’s official bank partner. Send receipt of payment to BCC to be officially enrolled.
B. For Old Students
  1. Go to Binangonan Catholic College Online Enrollment FB page.
  2. Submit REPORT CARD (F138) through the page for evaluation and wait for confirmation of receipt. A waiver will be signed in case documents are not yet available for submission.
  3. When confirmed, go to MapSA On-Line Admission Platform and fill up admission form and submit. Wait for confirmation.
  4. BCC Online Enrolment will then send schedule of fees. Choose and send to BCC for assessment.
  5. After assessment, you can now pay through RCBC, the school’s official bank partner using the student’s previous no. assigned him/her. Send receipt of payment to BCC to be officially enrolled.
    (The hardcopies of the admission documents still have to be submitted as soon as possible to the Office of the Registrar.)
